Rowan County HomeSchool Association Covid-19 Policy
While we have taken enhanced safety measures, there is still an inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 in any public
place or large group setting. The threat of Covid-19 exposure is even greater to senior citizens and those with
underlying health conditions, making some of our members more vulnerable. By participating in field trips, park
days, or any event hosted by RCHSA, you voluntarily assume all risks related to the exposure of Covid-19. We value
your health and your freedom. Masks are recommended. We ask all RCHSA members to follow vendor’s
requirements related to mask, social distancing, and\or capacity limits. You will sign a waiver at all field trips, park
days, and events for the foreseeable future. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Please do not attend if you or anyone in your family have any of the following symptoms:
● Headache
● Fever of 100.3 or greater
● Loss of taste or smell
● Chills
● Shortness of Breath
● Cough
● Sore Throat
● Muscle Aches
● If you have been asked to quarantine by a healthcare professional
● If you have been in contact with someone diagnosed with Covid-19
